This set includes two pieces - a column dress with impeccable panels and tailoring, and the matching overlay. Slide your head and arm through the top piece, the other side buttons with CC logo buttons at the shoulder, and ties at the shoulder and side. Wear them together or on their own - the dress looks amazing by itself and the overlay would look incredible with nothing but boy shorts and thigh boots underneath. Dress zips at the backside.
