Christian Bérard suggested to me that a similar scrapbook might be distilled from my own work during the last five years; & that is what has been done.' (from the preface).
Beaton's photographs and drawings are collected together here and accompanied by witty essays on subjects such as Christmas, Winter House Party, Mrs Simpson: 20th November 1936, Marlene Dietrich, Garbo, Hats, New York, Dubrovnik, The Russian Ballet and Coronation.

Finally Found a Magnesium That Works Without Side Effects

I started taking this magnesium because I was dealing with frequent leg cramps, especially at night, and it has made a huge difference for me. Since using this brand consistently, my cramps have almost completely disappeared and my muscles feel much more relaxed.
