BROADCOM LIMITED HCPL-2232-000E Optocoupler, Digital Output, 2 Channel, 3.75 kV, 5 Mbaud, DIP, 8 PinsThe HCPL 2232 000E is a 2 channel optically coupled Logic Gate Optocoupler contains an GaAsP LED. The detectors have totem pole output stages and optical receiver input stages with built in Schmitt triggers to provide logic compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave shaping. Low IF and wide VCC range allows compatibility with TTL, LSTTL and CMOS logic and result in lower power consumption compared to other high speed couplers.
