Epsilon is our sessionable 4.2% American Porter. Epsilon means a small positive quantity and is the little version of Mobius. Epsilon is beautifully balanced from water chemistry manipulation that yields a full mouthfeel that’s not cloyingly sweet but incredibly drinkable. This beer is extremely small and crushable for its amount of flavor.
