A base of barrel fermented apple juice is met with the deep aromatics of black currant on the nose. Those deep notes give way to the sweet pop and bright acidity of raspberry at the first sip. Subtle barrel aged character and oaky tannins hold it all together as the cider opens up. The end result is a little sweet, a little tart, quite complex, and overwhelmingly drinkable.
