Gebruik

. Meng met water of sap: Los 1/2 tot 1 theelepel (ca. 2-4g magnesium) op in een glas water of vruchtensap.
 . In een smoothie: Voeg een 1/2 tot 1 theelepel toe aan een smoothie met banaan en amandelmelk voor extra magnesium.



Bewaaradvies
