Cometic uses stainless steel for increased strength, its ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a Viton rubber material designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. The Viton coating is heat resistant to 250C or 482F. This Part Fits:

It’s not overly shiny or fake looking either, just a natural “refreshed” look. The formula with jojoba oil and vitamin E actually feels like it’s doing something beneficial for the skin long term, not just sitting on top like a coating, and since it’s fragrance free it’s great if you don’t want anything overpowering or irritating. At 4 oz, the size is solid and a good value, and because it spreads easily and absorbs quickly, you don’t need to use much, so it lasts longer than you’d expect. I’ve been using it mostly after showering or before going out, and it fits easily into a daily routine without feeling like an extra step. It works especially well for maintaining older tattoos or larger areas like sleeves where keeping skin moisturized really makes a visible difference. It’s definitely meant for healed tattoos, not fresh ones, but for ongoing maintenance it does exactly what you want, keeps everything looking clean, smooth, and well cared for without any greasy residue or transfer onto clothes. Overall, it feels like a good value for what you’re getting, especially if you want something simple, effective, with high quality ingredients, and easy to use consistently.
