- Participant Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future workshop.
- No-Show Policy: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for no-shows on the day of the workshop.
- Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend but wish to transfer your booking to another person, please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
